    WHAT TO PAY
    The contribution for ARTandSEEK members (children only) is: 
      - 10    € entrance ticket (non-refundable)
      - 15€ member contribution (refundable for cancellations by Thursday 12th November or by Thursday 4th February)
          TOTAL 25€ for 2026 members for November event
         TOTAL 25€ for 2027 members for February event
     
    IMPORTANT:
    The children need to be members for 2026 for November event

    The cost of new annual membership ( or renewal ) is 5€ at a discounted fee valid until 31st December 2026
    The children need to be members for 2027 for February event
    The cost of new annual membership ( or renewal ) is 10€ valid until 31st December 2027
    If participating for the first time we kindly ask your child , as a new member, to submit the form at the bottom of the page.
    If they have already participated in the past , the membership will be renewed with the payment and no form is needed

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Nothing would be refunded if:
    –You cancel after the due date for cancellations
    –You do not cancel and/or you don't show up on the day of the event
    –You arrive late and the visit has already started
    The entire contribution will be refunded for cancellations by ARTandSEEK

    All participants will receive confirmation and details on Friday 13th November and Friday 5th February    ​
